Neame Lea Nurseries was started by Malcolm and Jane Barney in the early 70s and moved to present site in Gosberton in the 80s. In 2002 Cor Schrier joined the company as general manager at which time the business moved up a gear, and in 2004 the nursery became Limited, achieved the BOPP accreditation standard, and Malcolm and Jane's daughter Julie joined as company secretary.
