Specialist Grower of 1 litre Clematis and Climbing Plants
At Sholtsgate Nursery, we grow good sized, good quality, very saleable 1 litre clematis and climbing plants that are pitched at an affordable price and in a wide range of varieties. The plants are much easier to carry, and often with top growth of similar size, to a traditional 2 litre plant and are more substantial than a pre-packed liner. Most plants have been potted for a year before being sold and have been cut back at least once to produce multi-stemmed plants.
Plants are grown in a 1 litre deep pot on a tripod of 2ft (60cm) bamboo canes. They all have a bespoke picture label and are in marketing trays holding 10 plants. 5 trays fit on a Danish trolley shelf, which makes 150 plants per trolley.

Sholtsgate Nursery produce a weekly availability list which can also be sent by fax or email.
The most popular choice is to buy trolleys of our selection. This can be a trolley of clematis, a trolley of climbers or a mix of both. Trolleys of clematis are made up of 15 different varieties and in the peak of the season, if you order more than 1 trolley; duplication is kept to a minimum. We also have online ordering with payment by credit card or on account on this site. Trolleys made up of individual varieties selected from the availability list.

We can guarantee consolidated deliveries with other TrolleyNet deliveries. Prices are inclusive of delivery and the minimum order is just one trolley. Order by lunch Monday for same week delivery.
